*Precinct 4 Waterfront Residential Development makes a bold statement in the vertical urban landscape of the core island. Situated uniquely on the prominent circular headland form protruding onto the Putrajaya Lake, the project takes on the metaphor of a fleet of majestic racing sailboats with extended open sails. Seven blocks similar in shape but varying in size and height collectively offer clear panoramic views of either the city centre or the surrounding lake views.
**The goal is to create an inspiring structure in the heart of the new capital city that is unique, capturing the spirit and aspirations of the First President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazabayev’s vision for the Kazakhstan people, and to become a custodian of valuable source of information, records and intellectual research.
