Revolutionary Green and sustainable redevelopment near the heart of the industrial Sunway area in Petaling Jaya. The underlying idea of having a ‘voronoi’ generated plan for the mall component layered with the similarly conceived elevated office has its underlying thought in a ‘hyper rationalisation’ of the programmes. The skewed ‘X’ shaped apartment block is conceived as a reactionary response to site views and client considerations. It also integrates many of the local transport modes and also provides a live/ work environment which spills over to the neighbouring industrial area. It provides a distinctively better solution than the point block towers in achieving a similar plot ratio.
