Humans have many fundamental needs and one of them is a sense of community. But communities can’t emerge spontaneously if people are too focused on developing programs instead of nurturing the environment. This project explores the idea of using natural and organic forms to generate the concept for a cluster housing site layout. In this case, reference is made to a flower motif where each petal represents a cluster of community. The stem is the core that unites all these petals together to form a grouping of community. This organic form can be replicated to create a larger network of communities set within an overall framework.
